A raw, aggressive soundfont forged in the fires of wrath and poor impulse control. Inspired by Kylo Ren’s barely-contained rage from the Sequel Trilogy and Qimir’s ie. The Stranger's seductive menace in The Acolyte, Red Knight doesn’t just activate… it detonates.

I produced Red Knight with crossguard sabers in mind, so its ignitions have a two part sound. First is a bassy boom that matches the ignition of the main blade, followed by a metallic clang that matches the subsequent ignition of the quillons. It can be used for single bladed sabers just as well though, as seen in the demo video.

Lurking beneath the hum’s deep rumble is what’s known as a Shepard Tone—an infinitely rising auditory illusion. It gives the saber a uniquely unstable presence, one that feels tense, off-kilter, and inevitable.
